The spread of the SARS-CoV-2 and the associated COVID-19 disease meanwhile affects the whole world. The resulting economic damage is not yet foreseeable for all of us.
Our largest customer group – the Healthcare Facilities – play an immense role in the fight against this virus. Particularly the reprocessing of medical devices (instruments) is a very important topic, and so are our products, as sterilisation is not possible without packaging.
It can be assumed, that the demand for reprocessing processes in RUMED/CSSD will increase. Hence, it is urgently recommended to provide the necessary repair and maintenance services for the products nationwide. Here in Germany we take care of the Healthcare Facilities ourselves. As the usual direct support is no longer possible, our task force team has developed a sophisticated strategy to ensure the continuation of these services even during the crisis. We will be happy to share this concept with you, so that you can also establish it in your territory.
Furthermore, we can anticipate that additional products will be needed in future due to the increased demand. We are also prepared for this. Our production is currently still running at the usual capacity and we can also cover extra demand. From now on, all machines leaving our works will be disinfected before they get packed in order to meet highest safety requirements for you and your customers. Since we are currently unable to conduct in-house or onsite training courses, but still want to ensure that our products are optimally supported by you as our partner, we are successively setting up a webinar system. We will set up a timeline in the next few days and the first webinar will already be held on Friday, 27thMarch 2020. Our Customer Care Manager Mr. Dirk Finkenrath will hold a technical training for the product series hm 850/880/30xx. The exact time and duration will depend on the participants.
