LOADING
A loaded instrument tray weighing up to 15 kg is fed into SealBOT II. From this point on, the system takes over – automatically and without further operator intervention.
FILLING
SealBOT II positions the pouch and automatically inserts the instrument tray. The packaging process uses a polyolefin packaging material.

SEALING
The pouched instrument tray is automatically transported through the sealing unit. Proven hawo rotary sealing technology seals the pouch while the relevant process variables are continuously monitored.
DONE
After approx. 40 seconds, the fully packaged instrument tray is ready at the output. From loading to the finished package: a fully automated packaging process.

Speed is one thing. Process reliability is another. At the heart of SealBOT II is our proven rotary sealing technology – for a reproducible packaging process that can be validated.
Temperature, contact pressure and sealing speed are continuously monitored throughout the process. If a relevant deviation occurs, the process is interrupted and the operator is alerted.
